Units Converter is a free-form units conversion tool designed for professionals and students of science and engineering. This is the only Units and Currency conversion app you will ever need. It is based on fundamental principle of dimensional analysis which allows you to enter your unit in any form (instead of picking from a predefined list). This method therefore supports any number of combinations.
For example: It can effortlessly convert Energy in ton-TNT (tTNT) to kg-km^2/hr^2. If there is a units mismatch, it will identify missing units. Plus dozens of physical constants such as speed of sound, speed of light, gravitation constant, etc. are built-in and can be retrieved by entering their symbol.
Supports over 300 single units and over 165 currencies. Currency rates are automatically updated about once a month. Includes prices of gold (XAU), silver (XAG), platinum (XPT), etc.
